Jon became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1997. He is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia as a Computer Science major with a concentration in Business Management. He has been with Steiger Realty on a part time basis since 1996, and came on board full time in 2000 as our Office Manager and IT Administrator. Jon has worked in corporate, education, retail and service industries in employee, consultant/contractor and management roles. He also has experience in real estate renovation and investment. Born and raised in Western New York, Jon currently resides in Forestville, NY.

Born and raised in Buffalo, NY and a graduate of SUNY Buffalo, Milt spent 25 years in mid and high level corporate management before becoming licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 1989. Milt worked as an agent for several years before obtaining his Real Estate Broker's license and founding Steiger Realty in 1996. Milt has extensive experience with all of the types of property to be found in our local market; not only residential dwellings, but commercial, land and farms as well. As a former livestock farmer and current grape farmer of over 30 years, he has an intimate knowledge of what it takes to run (and sell), a farm or country property. Having grown up in a family of general contractors, he is well versed in a variety of building techniques and general construction knowledge. Milt and his wife Linda have two sons and have lived in Forestville, NY for over 35 years.

A graduate of SUNY Brockport, Nathan earned his Real Estate license in 2001. He obtained experience in land development, investment and sales while living in West Palm Beach, Florida and began working with Steiger Realty as an agent upon his return to the Western New York area in 2004. He has a broad experience base, having worked in fields such as sales, management and education. You will find Nathan willing to go the extra mile to ensure that your real estate experience is positive from beginning to end. Nathan currently lives in Forestville, NY. In his spare time, Nathan enjoys bodybuilding, and has recently entered the competitive arena. Nathan is the 2009 "Mr. Buffalo", having won the 2009 Mr. Buffalo bodybuilding championship in Buffalo, NY as well as the 2009 NPC championship in Rochester, NY.
